We have joined forces with the Economist Intelligence Unit to guide UNICEF Iraq through a futures process. Over three months of research and two in-country workshops, we have:
- Explored critical factors affecting children and youth in Iraq
- Developed four 2030 scenarios for Iraq to act as tools for strategic and systemic thinking
- Facilitated guided journeys into these scenarios to identify challenges and opportunities and develop strategic responses
- Conducted over 40 interviews to understand critical factors and make recommendations.
